At ALDI Mobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics and mobile accessories. If your device is faulty or does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Reach out to our customer service team via our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Secure Packaging

    Pack your electronic device securely to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package.

    Ship and Track

    Send your return to our processing center using a tracked shipping service and wait for our team to verify the condition of the hardware.
